CQC REGISTERED AND REGULATED
Uplands Care Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission under Abbey Uplands Care Home Ltd, re-registered in January 2024 following the change of ownership to Abbey Total Care Group. As a newly re-registered provider, the home has not yet been inspected under its current ownership — an inspection will take place as part of CQC's standard programme for newly registered services. The home's previous provider held a CQC rating of Good across all five domains, published February 2021. We will update this section as soon as a new inspection report is published.
